Executive Secure Transportation Inc. Confidential/Private and Non-Disclosure Agreement!
For all reservations we require full major credit card information including CVV number (security code) and billing address. Direct bill / invoice is only available to Corporate Accounts and to long-term clients with well-established relationship with Executive Secure Transportation Inc. 20% standard gratuity, fuel surcharge & tolls, ground transportation tax, airport tax and 3.5% finance charge will be automatically added to your reservation.
No deposit is required at the time of booking. Credit cards are charged upon completion of the trip.

- Airports Curbside: Call, TXT or WhatsApp your driver after retrieving All your luggage. Curbside waiting is Prohibited at ORD and MDW
- Airports Meet N Greet: Passengers are met in their assigned baggage claim by their chauffeur. Passengers arriving on International Flights are met outside of CUSTOMS (nearby Information Desk). Airport Meet & Greet Service ($30 Domestic, $50 International - Construction Alert)
- Waiting Time/Extra Stop Policy: NO charge for waiting time at the airports (We will be monitoring your flight's progress and automatically adjust your pick up time to reflect your actual arrival time). For all other pick-ups, a fifteen (15) minute grace period is granted. Once the grace period has elapsed, waiting time is charged at $15.00 per 15-minute increment. For each extra stop en-route or extra drop-off along way a fee of $15.00 will apply.
- Early Morning/Late Night/Weekends/Holidays: If pick up time is before 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm an extra $15.00 will apply. Premium Rates and an extra fee of $15.00 will apply on Weekends and Holidays: This fee will be added manually by our agents.
- NO Show Policy: The full fare plus gratuity will also be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pickup location!
- Cancellation Policy: NO refund payment if canceled with less than 4 hours notice prior to pick up time. All cancellations must be made over the phone and not via email.
