The following terms outline our commitment to secure, discreet, and professional service:

📌 Booking Requirements
A deposit is not required at the time of booking.
To confirm a reservation, clients must provide:
• Complete credit card information
• CVV security code
• Billing address

💳 Payment Processing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• Credit card transactions are processed upon completion of the trip.
• No charges are made in advance unless specified for special events or long charters.

🧾 Direct Billing Eligibility
Direct billing is available exclusively to:
• Corporate accounts
• Long-standing clients with a well-established relationship
All direct billing requests are subject to prior review and written authorization.

✈️ Airport Pick-Ups
Curbside
After collecting all luggage, contact your driver via call, text, or WhatsApp.
Please note: Curbside waiting is prohibited at O’Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW).
Meet & Greet
• Domestic Flights: Chauffeur meets you at baggage claim.
• International Flights: Chauffeur meets outside Customs near the Information Desk.
• Fee: $30 (Domestic) / $50 (International)

⏱️ Waiting Time & Extra Stops
Airports
• NO charge for delays—we monitor flight status and adjust pickup time accordingly.
Other Locations
• 15-minute grace period
• $15 per 15-minute increment after grace period
• $15 per additional stop or drop-off

🌙 Premium Scheduling Fees
• Pick-ups before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM: +$15
• Weekends: +$15 (added manually by agent)

🚫 No-Show Policy
Full fare + standard gratuity will be charged if the passenger is not at the designated pickup location.

❌ Cancellation Policy
• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.

Estimated charges may include:
• Ground transportation tax
• Airport fees
• Fuel surcharge
• Tolls
• 3.5% transaction fee
• 20% standard gratuity
• Additional tolls, parking, or other fees as applicable
Final total is calculated after trip completion.
